We have successfully reproduced many different components for our customers when the OEMs stop supporting them. One example is the SKF part number AAV-0021 (and related) which is a complex ring assembly that we manufacture in several different sizes. These rings are essentially a tendency driven cam lock ring used with cardboard takeup tubes.

Other solutions we have provided include manufacture and remanufacture of rolls as used for film and fiber processing. We have under one roof the equipment to turn, grind, apply wear coatings or rebuild worn areas, and perform final high speed balancing.

Our coating experts are able to define standards for process roll coating to reduce premature failures and downtime associated with poor quality manufacture.

The high speed balancing which we offer often exceeds OEM standards such that your machinery can run smoother and quieter than when it was first installed.
